A Bergen institution! Must get the delicious Reindeer Sausage topped with lingonberry sauce , mustard , and fried onions !

Reindeer sausage is fantastic. My second favorite is lamb sausage . Actually I tried all kind of sausage and sauce but reindeer was the best. So good that we went back 4 times in 24 hours .

one big hot dog is enough for most, and a spare small one is enough for pretty everyone, fast, relatively cheap , highly recommended

It's nice hot dog but not necessary worth going out of your way to have it. The reindeer taste surprisingly normal. Doesn't have the game meat aftertaste at all.
