Definitely a place I will stay again while in Knoxville! Free room upgrade and complementary beer and brisket this evening in the bar ! Staff is very friendly and it is a very clean place!!! Impressed!
Rooms are clean . Bed and pillows are soooo comfortable . Everything is spotless. Very quiet . Perfect for the business traveler.

I can't say I enjoy the restaurant on site I had the chicken savannah and the grits tasted like instant grits - no flavor at all. the chicken on top was passible but overall nothing I would recommend

Actually, there's laundry on the mezz level. Its 3 dollars total for washing and drying. You can get quarters from the front desk.
The WiFi is really really slow but it is free.

There's no laundry on-site and the laundry service is heinously expensive (i.e a load of whites would be over $50). Find a laundromat if you're doing wash while staying here.

The location of this hotel is awesome- 5 min walk to worlds fair park, fort kid, a little chocolate shop, sunsphere, Petes coffee shop, market square. Not far from UT (probably a 7-10 min walk) - Stacy Craft
