The location of this hotel is awesome- 5 min walk to worlds fair park , fort kid, a little chocolate shop , sunsphere, Petes coffee shop , market square. Not far from UT (probably a 7-10 min walk)

This is a great place to stay in Knoxville. Recent conversion looks great and rooms have eco friendly features. Restaurant renovation is nearing completion as of my July 2012 visit.

Easy to get to, friendly service , comfortable rooms and best of all: super dog friendly , with a dog park next to the hotel !

Great room! Your across the street from a fire station . So your may hear the sirens. You pay for parking and No continental breakfast . Overall your paying for location.

Took a while (a few hours) to figure out how to log in to the wifi . You have to go to https://hotspot.singledigits.net and type in holiday1 for the access code.

You can easily walk to all of downtown which is nice. Ask for a park side room though, the Main Street side was way too loud even on the 11th floor. Mini fridge is $7 a night, too steep for me.

Love this place! Everyone has been super nice and helpful. A definite repeat stay will be in my future.

This is the best Holiday Inn I have stayed at. I've stayed at quite a few across the country .

Guy who drove shuttle was super nice and very knowledgable . Bathroom in room kinda small and no fridge but otherwise nice enough

Stay away from the side that faces the park , too noisy with band playing all day long, unless you planned to wake up early!!!

Wish their rooms had a fridge but otherwise it's a clean and nice hotel .

Filthy room. Tons of hair all over the bed and towels. Location is fantastic, but it doesn't make it for the dirtiness .

Try to figure out why this room shows the comedy club icon..

Avoid Markos at the front desk. Extremely rude. Otherwise a decent hotel , offers pool/hottub, and a hotel bar/restaurant
