Hotel is fine. Clean well appointed rooms, friendly staff and a great location right by In-n-Out burger and the Baked Bear ice cream sandwich truck .
This hotel also has good access.. very near to fisherman's wharf, pier 39, near to cable car , big bus-gray line station

Nice room , but airco makes a lot of noise, including the ones from other rooms. Loud enough to wake you up!

$50 PARKING for Motorcycles ...MOTORCYCLES??? When the lot has so much space...., and no breakfast if late late 5 minutes after 9:30am.SHIT
Nice room , clean and great location. 5 min distance wall to the wharf. No free wifi in the room only via Ethernet cord is a bit annoying but not really a minus.

This hotel would have been nice about 5-7 years ago. It's a bit outdated with no wifi in rooms and a box set tvs .

Filled with tourists. They have large shakes and grilled cheese. Gluten free without the bun on the burger, called protein style. Amazing place! - Shawna Marie
