Great location, nicely modernized facilities and friendly help . Perfect spot to access all of San Francisco by foot and transit. Wifi seemed fine to me (despite other rantings on here).

Maria Jonathans

Super Quick service on checking in and we had the Alcatraz view from our room on the fifth floor .. Niceeee!!.. The neighborhood is great..lots of shopping area and variety of food spotting nearby

JoJo Beans

Free wifi , parking is $40 a day, clean , walls are paper thin, walking distance 2 wharf theres pros&cons; if location and price are your top concerns then i would book here tho! I enjoyed my stay!

Ruth Cheesley

As others have said, morning and evening it is almost impossible to get on the wifi . Use the street wifi , it is usually quicker. Tidy and clean rooms , great location, friendly staff .

Brett

Great location! Great price compared to Marriott and Hilton across the street. Wi-Fi not so great but it's not the reason I stayed 8 days to explore San Fran! Ill stay here again.

Aaron Patel

Call Holiday Inn SAN FRANCISCO-FISHERMANS WHARF to reserve a room today! We offer business and family-friendly hotel accommodations at affordable prices .

Ray Hostetler

Dated hotel but I was able to Priceline it for $100 a night in April 2012. Location is a few blocks from Pier 39!

Steven Contreras

booked on kayak .com for 117 a night great location if you want to stay near the wharf maybe a 2 minute walk across the street from the hyatt and marriot so you get an idea of the area

N ~

Good location, starbucks and wallgreen's are across the street. In fisherman's wharf where everything is close. Cheap and clean .

Patty Hicks

Rooms are nice, showers are nice and hot....great location -right near In N Out Burger !

Fernando M

Great location near the piers , golden gate, alcatraz tours , parks , etc

Logan Means

Nice, but can be a long walk from elevator 2 room. Laundry is $5 in quarters, need 2 go 2 front desk 4 change. + all other tips. Run on the pedway along oceanfront.Enjoy!

Lori Rainey Downing

Perfect location for being in the middle of "it all". A little high priced for parking-$40nt

Peter

Great location. 5 minute walk to Fisherman's wharf. can be downtown and china town via cab or bus quickly. Got a 5% rebate on my stay, info here: http://www.rebategal.com/hotels/ Read more

Angel Jove

Good location, within walking distance to lots of things, clean nice rooms, I would come again.

Daniel Glifberg

Good hotel . But the WiFi still sucks big time. Tried accessing all evening and all morning. Did not work anyway close to what can be expected.

Jodi

Hard beds and loud rooms. Especially if you have a street view room. Great location. Don't pay to park here though there is a public lot behind the hotel for $15 less per night.

Henri Leksis

Can't complain in general. Good beds, but you have to hold on tight to your blanket or the air condition blows it away! I had a view to Alcatraz , which was nice.

Jessica Llanes

Had no problems with wi-if but only used on iPad. Rooms are clean & comfortable . Convenient to piers . Parking is overpriced. Staff has been very friendly . Some satellite TV issues. OK budget stay.

Kit Yan

Free wifi , coffee & tea maker boils 1 cup at a time (not a kettle), no fridge (need to ask), no mini bar (vending machine for drinks & ice machine near lifts)...

William Woods

Great place too stay. Clean and all those good amenities .

Drew

Great view from room 402, got great rate from travelocity secret hotel

Shane Zuspan

Ugh! If they book you in the "new" building your belongings need to be transported down the street a block away from the parking area. They say the rooms come with fridges , but they don't. Check.

Cody Mullins

I haven't had any problems with the WiFi , but then again I'm only using it on my phone. Decent place. No fridge or microwave - what is this, Africa?

Harry Souders

Free WiFi and generous with freebie samples (soaps, lotions, razors, etc).Clean and short walk to Fisherman's Wharf.

Sarah Hunt

Get a room above the 2nd floor to avoid being on the noisy street - windows are very thin.

Carlos Villela

Walk across the road to the Marriott if you need good Internet access. Also free.

Jillian Cole Macready

Parking is 45/day here, better off parking in a public lot for 10-20 then on the st at night for free!

K E

Free wifi , great location.

Edwin Effendi

very close to the wharf, convenient place to stay

Angel

Good hotel for the price that I got via Priceline . A little confusing because there are 2 buildings. For a regular ol' hotel this place is fine.

Timothy Devos

Great place to explore the city

Alex S.

Free wifi (password available at front desk), nice beds, good location, parking costs $40 per night.

Selbe

Two buildings. Registration in non-Denny's building. Clean , good beds, great price w/ walking distance to piers .

Tamora Ellis

We bid on priceline .com for room hoping to get this hotel . We were happy with the quality and location.

DHR.com

Indulge in cooked-to-order buffets at the Bristol Bar & Grill.

Jagadish Gandhi

WiFi is worse even at third world standards. No exaggeration. I got 0.11 Mbps! Most would have had better dial ups 15 years ago. Looking at the tips history, it's been like this for years. Stay away!

leonid cherny

If all hotels in SFis overbooked, this is usually available.

Michelle Hardy Schenk

The wifi here is a joke. Even the business center computers are slow. Had to stay here because all of downtown was sold out for the JPMorgan annual conference . Won't stay here again if I can help it.

Jean-Baptiste Bourdu

Super noisy The Parlor bar until 2am (at least on Friday)

Rodrigo Campos

Wifi is free for registered guests but it is so slow that it's barely usable. Don't rely on it for anything but email and occasional web browsing.

Letícia Ferreira

No frigobar in the rooms, that sucks. Free wifi , just ask the front desk for the password.

Cecil Hawthorne

Watch out for the $45 a day parking fee...

John Thomas

If you book thru Hotels.com, you better verify your room. They admitted that you get the basic room, if you get better... That's a bonus

BigDaddy Anderson

Nice views from Wharf Building!

George Villasboas

This hotel is a mess. Not having a good time here. The bathroom floods all over the place. The wifi connection is a joke You can find garbage all over the hall. Even t Coke vending machine doesnt work

Shelley Best

Smells like an old hotel and parking is $40.00 per day. The menu is not vegetarian friendly but you got to love the modest price for this location.

Aɴderѕoɴ Cαмpoѕ

Very good hotel , but parking sucks. Too expensive !!!

Dion Knill

Can see why they offer the wifi here for free. It's crap!

Dika M.

4th floor annex building smells like smoke. Disgusting, can smell it in my room. I will be asking for a new room in the morning!
