Great location close to all the tourist traps. Rooms are well appointed and staff is friendly . Lots of improvements and upgrades being made.
38" Nice LG Flat Screen TV :) spacious rooms , wifi was working free ! There's a couch a desk n you can request refridge no charge n nice to have a connecting room for r kids:) ❗convenient shopping
Go across the street to Hollywood Café for breakfast ! Service is excellent and food is good.
Oversize King room is good AAA value and big enough for a rollaway for the toddler. Ask for a fridge to keep the milk chilled too. Inside rooms are nice and quiet but the view is boring!
Fine restaurant when you're staying in SFO. Nice place, near the Fisherman's Wharf and not to far from all the things you want to do in San Francisco.
The fresh fruit is delish but dont bring it home. Only lasts one day. Waffle cones are delish.
Great location, although it is touristy . Only negative is the lack of fridges in the rooms. After all, how can u store the great cheeses to buy from the nearby trader joe's?
The stay was great. Only a couple blocks from the piers and Aliotos seafood . I wouldn't park my car here for $46/ day it's cheaper to take a taxi or cable car .
An older hotel with few frills. Located near the main tourist attractions . Good for children and families.
Really nice rooms, better than I was expecting given the tourist trap location. I'd gladly stay again.
Right across the street from Hollywood Cafe which is the best place to get breakfast !
Great chocolate banana waffle at knuckles. Great sweet potato fries ask for an ailio. Its not on the menu but they will make it
Great location. No room service and restaurants here don't offer much but plenty of choices close by.
Nice hotel but worst personnel I have ever seen. I was on a business trip with an hotel room prepaid by my company the hotel charged me multiple time for the room that was already paid
Great hotel . Would stay here again in a heartbeat. You can get free wifi in their gym .
these ports are genius. but roomlinx is garbage. good thing i brought my own hdmi.
Best spot in the area with great service.
Poolside at midday, not too hot, not too cold - just right
Check out the gym , small but great equipment. Extra points for high tech equipment.
Come and see THE DINNER DETECTIVE while you are staying at the Hyatt! www.thedinnerdetective.com
Kids toy jar. Nice touch. I'm going to have one happy 18 month old.
Good location, but no view . Warning $60 a day for parking and $20 a day for resort fee, although there isn't really a resort .
If you like running, you have to stay here. Its the perfect start for track to golden gate and back (45min)
Breakfast of champions!
Factor parking in with your stay. It would make those $300 a night hotel options in Union Square more appealing
The location, environment, friendly & hopeful ppl

If you're hoteling in San Francisco, plan on 40 dollars a day for parking on hotel property even though you're a guest. Kinda lame.
Excellent location!
bathrooms are huge, u can do ur presentations in them!! Lol
A bit noisy in the morning. Wakes up by cars passing by
Was nice and quiet , just remember the heated pool is still outside and it's cold out there!!!
Nice , very close, super room
Nice rooms, good staff , pool is only 3 feet deep
Not very good. Arrived at 11-00 pm: bar is open till midnight but kitchen is closed. In-room dining anavalable too. No minibar in the room. Hyatts in Europe and Asia are much better
Go to Hollywood caffe opposite for breakfast - yamm
Great location! No mini bar fridge though or Kettle to boil hot water.
Wifi is free in the lobby, but costs $12 /day in the
Renovated rooms !!!!
Awesome hotel although the bathroom doors don't give much privacy.
The location is great. However, service is lacking. We expected more from this Hyatt but got disappointed.
Showers are very weird, bed extra comfortable , no plugs around the bed tho to charge cell...
Any time someone flushes a toilet in this hotel it sounds like they dropped a tonne of bricks.
Worst Hyatt this Diamond has ever stayed at. Very poor attitude here, lacks customer service. Something is seriously wrong at this property. Avoid.
Watch out for protestors early in the morning! It makes for an interrupted night's sleep.
Great place to stay when visiting San Fran :-)
I will never stay here again! The suites are small, not very well ventilated, and have tiny tv 's. The bathrooms are ridiculously understocked with cold showers ! Not worth a single cent! :(
Some stuff is not friendly !
Watch out for bums hiding in trash cans.
The Grand Club Room that is newly renovated was amazing and I had a perfect view of the city for my stay! I can imagine the Bay view which I will be having for my next stay! - Jeffrey-Ryan B.
Wonderful place to sit and have an afternoon drink. Recommend the lovely garden court. - Matthew Ng
Excellent hotel. Prime location, small, but modern and cozy room, great fitness room, and friendly staff. New favorite SF hotel. - Miles Branman
Can't go wrong with in and out. The location at fisherman's warf is a bit more expensive than other locations that I've been to but still so worth it! - D
The Cioppino is excellent. A little pricey but packed with plenty of seafood. Get with the crab de-shelled, and take advantage of the limitless sourdough! - Trevor Geach
Try the pancakes - Standard short stack with fruit. The Cafe produces consistently good breakfast. Highly recommend. - Liana Lehua
