Location is great, staff was friendly , decor quirky ...but the window AC units and dreadful pillows were a recipe for an uncomfortable sleepless night.

If you frequent Kimpton properties, this one will be a total disappointment. Old, tattered, and a window air conditioner unit. The Jerry Garcia suite is a joke. But he did sign the wall.

Sucks when garbage get picked up at 3:30-4am. It's very loud ! Woke me up... Thought it was an earthquake at first. Stayed in room 420. All they said was we can give you ear plugs ????
