Staff is wonderful - the happy hour and free cookies were a great plus. Location by the Ferry Building is great...wander over to the Farmers Market on Tues, Thurs, and Saturday. Great games in lobby.

One of few boutique hotels in San Francisco. Very pleasant staff , lovely Bay Bridge facing rooms and a calm , warm and welcoming lobby.

Wine happy hour in the evenings. Really convenient location to restaurants and the pier . Train is close by to go elsewhere. Staff is friendly . Queen bed rooms are about the right size for downtown.

Love that you can decline housekeeping and they will donate to a senior dog rescue. What a fabulous idea!!! More hotels should do that!

I will stay here again. Great service. Coffee in the morning. Wine in the evening. And milk and cookies to end the night. Also great location.

Nice hotel near Ferry Building . You must see the panther bathrobe!!! Friendly staff :) Free wine and beer in the lobby form 5 til 6 p.m.

It's a short walk to AT&T Park where the SF Giants play. There's an official place where people can watch the game for free for a few innings on the boardwalk between the park and the marina .

Beware to make international calls. You will be charged (a lot!) even if the call isn't answered. Good hotel with friendly staff apart from that.

Stayed in the 4th floor for a week. Room was small and pretty basic considering the rate. Weird banging sound started at 6:30am everyday. Coworker staying on higher floor didn't notice it.
