A gem in a great location, loved the outdoor garden (3rd floor) reminded me of a mini High Line . Pop around the corner to Cafe Claude for authentic French cuisine .
It is stylish and friendly . It retains old San Francisco early 20th century charm with midcentury modern furnishings. Room has great use of small space and the person who decorated has great taste...
Beautiful downtown San Francisco hotel . Great location, friendly staff . Rooms are clean and has a 3rd floor small walking track . Wine hour at 5:30!
Need a tip for dinner ? Go one block north to Bush street and turn right. Then, directly to the left is a small hidden alley (Belden Pl) with a couple of good restaurants . Such a nice place!
refreshingly surprised! nice, in town , close to shopping. quaint, with staff that cared. enjoyed our stay, would return without hesitation. Steve Z
Lovely boutique hotel for a three night stay in SF . Free wi-fi, super friendly staff , clean & tidy hotel . A somewhat small room (but reasonably inexpensive ). Room a little noisy but this is the city !
Visit the rooftop outdoor garden terrace and walking track to relax. It's the only hotel in San Francisco that offers a secret garden .
Good hotel , but $25 resort fee is a bit of a kick to the wallet, but still often cheaper than other hotels . Nespresso, 2x waters, reasonably well appointed rooms.
Clean and nice hotel in the city center, close to Chinatown and Union Square. Perfect for a 3 night stay in SF !
Love the AM coffee and evening beverages. Also a clean , comfortable room .
Service rocks. I stayed for 6 days and got outstanding attention. Kuddos for these guys, next time in SF I know what hotel I'm staying at.
Nice boutique in a great location. Rooms are decently sized. Decor is an awkward mix of modern and traditional
Rooms can be dark and dingy. You can only use wifi on 3 devices per day so watch out with your phones and laptops!
Lobby, warm welcome, complimentary wine , great location, nice rooms, decent size and affordable .
Room noisy , even on seventh floor, but that's because the location is so, so central - just a couple of blocks from Union Square and China Town . Terrace is lovely.
Friendly staff , efficient service and reasonable room rates. Centrally located- financial district, Union Square, Westfield, BART
Terrific location- close to Chinatown , BART, Moscone Convention , & public transport routes. Complimentary wine for guests each evening. Small rooms & tiny fitness center leaves some to be desired.
Recently renovated and super cute ! Good value for the cost
Friendly and efficient staff ! Location is awesome--next to BART station, a few blocks away from Union Square and shops.
Nice room, good staff , great location. We never made it but apparently free beer and wine is served up every evening in the lobby area.
Take the elevator to 3rd. Make a left and exit through the first door on your left onto the sun deck.
Great hotel with an incredible team of staff . Ask for Zach if you want some cool recommendations.
conflicted; clean room , nice space. but no restaurant and felt hotel was too expensive to not have complimentary water. also think in absence of restaurant honor bar should have been discounted .
Call me crazy, but on the 6th floor I feel like Tom Hanks when he gets his first hotel room in NYC.
Great hotel , free wifi , 42 in flat screen .... Only down side, bathroom is dated
If you are with a car but don't need it then try the garage @ 150 Turk street. They only charge $15 night inc tax. The hotel charge around $40. Dodgy area but garage seems secure.
The outdoor garden terrace is a nice place to propose to your beloved!
The inside rooms are very dark. The Internet is not functioning well .

What an amazing location! So close to everything. The staff is super friendly !
Flat screen "tube" tvs . No lcd or plasma but really go outside and enjoy the city
Great location. Their restaurant Midi , is showing March Madness on the giant screen TV !
Check out the new restaurant--HECHO! It's Joseph Manzare's sushi and tequila restaurant !
Here's a tip: stay at a Kimpton
Private single bathrooms on second floor
Small rooms
No breakfast , no concierge ... yet another case of an overpriced "boutique " hotel in the US where basic standards aren't met.
Room facing sutter street can get really noisy all night.
Very comfortable room . Modern, interesting, quiet .
The restaurant and bar , Midi, is awesome
Loved the restuarant. Great food.
Super comfy beds !! Slept like a baby.
Free WIFI throughout the hotel
Wifi name/passwordonly good for one device, not phone plus laptop
Free wine for happy hour . They treated us well here!
the restaurant midi is closing down forever, tonight.
The bellman are great!
Breakfast room service is only M-F
No flat screen TV in rooms :(.
