Very nice and clean place. Free coffee and touristic guides at the reception.
Perfect location, cozy hotel and affordable price . The shared bathrooms are clean and the front desk personnel are kind.
Great find/location, the MUNI #22 was my bestfriend throughout my stay, takes you down to the Castro and the Mission and some great places in the lower Haight.
Great hotel , wonderful staff . Don't be fooled by that european thing, the bathrooms and showers are still secluded, and there's a sink in each room. Also, close walk to Fillmore and Haight-Ashbury dis
Small rooms & shared bathrooms , but very clean and nice. Great for a new arrival who's apartment hunting (that's me). Staff is very helpful. Would recommend this bargain find to my friends.
Good district, quiet and no homeless. The hotel IDs really simple with the all that you need
Under new management the cleaning staff now comes in daily. Extremely noisy if you have a room that faces onto Fell. Rooms now come with wi fi and xfinity cable. Close to a number of great dive bars .
The place is decent. It is affordable I would have expected a little nicer for the price. They need to replace the carpet soon. Internet never worked and the staff couldn't make it work.
Clean and nice hotel . Lady at the reception is the rudest person I have ever seen in a hotel . Wash machine available for use with 1.50$.
Located near the bus routes. The neighborhood seems safe. If you do not mind “European style”hotels sharing a bathroom isn’t horrible. The hotel smells fine in the rooms. The hallways have a musty smell.
Rooms were more or less clean . The problem was a 4 am fight between with broken glass that the employees denied the next day. Sketch
This place is a European cultured dump , "hostile". It's small, and EXTREMELY over priced. Really, here in America???
It's cozy and comfortable, with very courteous and attentive staff and very near Moscone Convention Center. The only problem is the water during shower, it just stop sometimes. - Tomas Jr Polloso
The best price you're going to find in this area. Not a place for long stays but awesome if you need crash space for a night or two. - Nic Wolfe
Very nice stay so far. Got upgraded to room 25 with an amazing view! The bar is fun too. - Deanna O'Hanna
Nice place to hang out, great view of the city on a sunny day. - Jacob Mulligan
Dynamo donuts and great coffee! bread is great as well, but toast can be quite overpriced—buy a loaf and make your own. - Ava
Small place within minutes walking distance from Alamo Square and The Painted Ladies. Very nice lady with reanimeren prices and great breakfast stuff. - Ed ???????? Berrevoets
