Great hotel especially for the price. Near Moscone center, shopping and food. Staff is on the ball and I've always had a good stay. If you are a light sleeper be prepared to hear the city .
Comfy beds , best to make a pillow fort. Leo the bellman is awesome & will hook you up! He likes to fist pump, ask him to do the jelly fish ..
Look for deals on room rates . Great location (SoMa, near Union Square, off freeway-linked street, mall ) and decent rooms. Staff is not quite keeping up with wear & tear, but still nice.
Great value given the location.. Spotless newly reno'd bathroom , comfy bed , but a fresh coat of paint and new elevators could go a long way in freshening up the place
Close to a lot of nice restaurants . Head over to Blue Bottle (if you can find it) for some delicious coffee . About a minute walk from the hotel .
Shabby on the outside, really nice and upgraded on the inside. Free WiFi , underground parking , big rooms with two queens and plenty of extra space for <$150
Reasonable prices, close to a good mall and nice stores. Besides its location ia amazing to enjoy what SFO has to offer.
Conflicting info. Has ties to Maltese Falcon. Not sure if it was one of the locations in the novel , movie or both. If you like older nostalgic hotels this is the place for you. Felt like a B&W movie .
Although a bit more aged than some other hotels , Pickwick is a 5 minute walk to Moscone and a good deal . Great beds, shower works great and free wi-fi!
Bring some ear plugs , the walls are thin and you can hear everything (e.g nonstop techno music from the venue next door).
Room with bird shitted balcony . Worn down rooms from the 90’s.
Awful interiors. Old. Falling apart sort of feel. Service is decent and people who work here do their best, but management expects exorbitant room rates taking advantage of the great location. Skip.
Free wifi . Building is old but our room was clean and comfortable . Was able to get 2 double beds for $95/night.
Wifi goes down every 10 minutes, not to mention slow speed. Room service stop the elevator and get in with stinky things...Dont bother to salute the counter people they always have a pocker face.
Good set up, cheap for California and good location. Onward to Santa Cruz.
Make sure u get a room with nice view and try NOT to have 'em exactly located behind the lift.BTW this is a good hotel .highly recommended
Friendly customer service and great location if your hitting up the moscone convention center . Recommend a party of 2 only per room though.
Used hotels .com to book room. Randy at front desk upgraded me to 8th floor. Awesome mini suite. Thanks Randy!
Thin walls. I found that ear plugs were greatly appreciated.
Decent lodging . Poor service at the desk, but cleaning staff incredibly friendly .
It's cozy and comfortable , with very courteous and attentive staff and very near Moscone Convention Center . The only problem is the water during shower , it just stop sometimes.
You may face with horribly slow WiFi in the room that works from time to time
If you have a car bigger than a Toyota truck it's double the price of a regular car! Wtf
Excellent hospitality !
Barely working hot water in some rooms.
I can only seem to remember it as the Wilson Picket Hotel
This place is a great way to relax!
Easy valet parking in their garage with ins and outs all day.
Go somewhere else if your itinerary allows it.
The fitness room really sucks.
Rooms are decent but didn't like the staff at all! Unwelcoming
This place has cable/satellite but they does not offer ESPN. Seriously? I cannot beleive this.
3rd floor soda machine sells cans at 50 cents!
Get the Pickwick Speacialty breakfast at Little Joes
Great location, wouldn't stay here again. Customer Service was poor, rooms were small and outdated, and we paid for 2 beds and got 1 queen and a bed on wheels.
Need to upgrade the gym .
Only been here once for happy hour...cheap drinks and apps. The goat cheese stuffed falafels are a must!!! - Seana Mickols
$15 to park all day. Cheapest place nearby. - Jennifer R
Wonderful place to sit and have an afternoon drink. Recommend the lovely garden court. - Matthew Ng
Amazing place. At a walking distance to almost anything. Great SPA - Clément Sauvage
clean, comfortable, kind, cozy. I asked for a desk and they put a cute, clean desk in my room! - trinity song
enjoy the seriously good and high end food court - tasty Thai, tripe, sushi, seafood and much more. One of my favorite downtown lunch options - Shannon Clark
Very cool retro restaurant! Food was good too, you get a lot of choices and the staff is really cool! - Tristan Tran
