If you are gonna use the cable car for 2+ days, buy a 3 or 7 day pass at the gift shop (comission free) the single ride costs $6 (so $12 round trip) and 7 day pass costs $28 & it includes buses too

There are lots of consignment stores with cool stuff, in the area, Whole Foods a block away and some decent restaurants in walking distance. Hotel staff is friendly

Bar staff is great. Front desk is helpful. Pay to upgrade for a better view of the city . Lower rates and nearby everything.

The rebranded ROH restaurant is comfortable and brightly lit. Lots of televisions . The little coffee shop does 1/2 off pastries after 8.

You COULD use the wireless here. Or you could go find a few goats , harness them up to a merry-go-round, & have them power a router of your own. Either way, it would be faster & more reliable than AT&T

Thin walls....had youngsters playing loud music and a joining room where I hear bathroom activities. Restless!

Their conference wi-fi is sufficient and bathrooms are clean . Short walk from the nearest Muni bus station .

Had a really good stay here. Helpful staff and nice rooms. For an impressive view , head to the left hand stairwell on the 26th floor! Not recommended for those that don't like heights though...

For a Holiday Inn , it’s a fancy one. Gym , pool, and laundry on the sixth floor.

Good parking two blocks north on Sacramento street. $25 for 24 hours , SUVs included. Rt on California, L on Polk, L on Sacramento, on right.

Hotel is in a good spot. Close to transport. Cable car runs down California St and Buses go along Van Ness Ave. Wi-Fi cuts out a lot, though a nice hotel for a short stay.

Location is good for going to the Fishersman's wharf without the wharfs price tag. Parking is 40 dollars though

Don't put your room keycard in the same pocket as your cellphone - it'll interfere with the card's magnetic strip and it'll stop working.
