Great location from the Ferry Building, BART and Muni system. Upgrade to the Bay view if you can. The staff is fabulous. Wonderful pick for those wanting a boutique hotel in the financial district.
Stay here and they'll set you up with a day pass for the YMCA two doors down. Very nice gym with amazing views of the Bay from the 3rd-floor cardio machines!
The room is so nice and sophisticated. Everything is clean , and the restaurant , Perry 's, that is downstairs is absolutely amazing. Loved our stay
Great location and price! Very nice rooms and friendly staff .
Great location and amazing service. Room 418 has spectacular views .
Brilliant hotel .. Great rooms .. Fab service .. Good location
Not great. Sheets didn't fit the bed. Heard every step of the person above me. Kinked neck from watching the TV on the ceiling
Beautiful, comfortable room . Lovely bed. Enjoyed the windowseat.
I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
If you've got a neighbor next to, above or below your room, expect to hear every single thing they're doing. Also, all of the electrical outlets in our room seemed to be unable to handle common device
Room service from Perry 's is reasonably priced, but they only serve until 10
Room 201 has no sunlight if you're trying to actually wake up.
Staff is nice but be prepared to overpay for closet-sized rooms.
Good bar and bar atmosphere though
The walls are really thin - and so is the ceiling . Earplugs could be a good move if you plan to sleep.
Serviceable, but smells a little damp like mildew :-(
Crawford recommended this place. Better be good!
Meh. Ok option if there isn't anywhere else to stay.
Room 318 gets terrible wifi
Amazing staff. Rooms are not large, but incredible character. Great place to stay. - Collin Straka
The bar at the upper level is amazing, the view is great and wines are excellent. Very cool hotel with luxury and non luxury options. - Luis Javier Robles
Their free coffee in the lobby is honestly some of the best drip coffee I've had - Mike Marusin
Awesome (if a little pricy) market inside, and ferry rides out the back. Worth going on Saturday for the farmer's market. - Dana
Fresh scones, blue bottle coffee, and fruit slices. Perfect breakfast. - Ned
Hands down my favorite Japanese restaurant in SF. Highly recommend the Sapporo Ramen and Uni Nigiri. - Andrew ???? Wong
