Overall bad!!! Has wifi but speed is similar to non. Breakfast menu is terrible and if you’re late. All the dishes will finish and they will not add anymore. Room is huge but the maintenance is low.

Not bad. Nice place to stay but try to adding more various food inside the menu book hopefully. I have been here for 1 month plus travelling

Toilet flush clogged. Wastes fm god knows wen still lingering wen i opened the toilet lid. Flushed numerous times but still there.

Service to be improved, renovation still is in progress, i haven't been here for 4 years and they still haven't finished it..

Lucky that this hotel bared by company. The new look is ok but will be better if it extends to the room. Just been asked to change room due to previous one a.cond not working

The rate is quite ok...however!! There's no WiFi ! Not much Power outlets ! And the TV .!! it seems like it wants to die liao...-.-

Majority tempat di bintulu tak mesra baby ....hotel ini payah nak bawa stroller baby nak kena angkat Dari bawah basement ke lobby...cubalah sediakan jalan untuk laluan stroller atau OKU....

Bilik ok cume yg xbest wifi xdpt+lcd tv besa tapi siaran mcm tgh tgk ujan...
