Quite a spacious room . Loving the view from the room facing to the sea. They really need to improve and refurbish the furniture bcs they obviously look old!

I luv to stay at this hotel when me in BTU. Good services , good room's environment, free wifi even when u at swimming pool ... Most important part is, sunset at Waterfront , really NICE!

great bedroom but only have two power points, free wifi . they also provide sejadah and kain pelikat . as some hotel room have a Bible, they also have Tafsir Quran too

Friendly for muslim also. Got solat time, kiblah direction and sejadah for solat. Nice!

Biggest 5-Star hotel in Bintulu . Mostly occupied by O&G industry people meeting with MLNG. Quite luxurious .

Got twin bed room. Can see the ship floating in the ocean from this room. Got WiFi in the room! "Everly Awaits You" is a very welcoming WiFi name.

Nice food. Has live band , gym and pool . Bit hard to get taxi . Need to get taxi driver phone no. if has a chance.

The rooms getting from bad to wurst . Toilets clogged, aircon not functioning, water draining continuously, despite the high room rates. Will try another new hotel for next visit. ????

Near to beach/rivermouth. Nice walkway along it. There's a gym and pool too.

WiFi speed improve!!

Service was alright. Breakfast was sufficient. WiFi was weak in the rooms. Water pressure in the shower was TOO powerful . Bed was lovely.

Rooms are nice, pity our rooms fridge doesn't work, the safe is missing, the wifi Internet is super slow, only two power outlets in the whole room. Beds are great though! 

Check in counter was not friendly . Weird flooring. Anyways, hotel location is far from other shops. Quite secluded. Room's window shutter was broken and need repair

Carpet in the room too dusty. Need to bring own air purifier.
