I really like coming here, doesn't feel like your normal chain gym . Staff are really friendly .
This place has given me a big fortune. When I was younger, I used to go here everyday. Now I have been at this place for more than 13 years.
Zumba is freakin' awesome here. $39/month student membership = worth it.

Hot Yoga class are usually very full. Everyday there is at least one class in the day or in the afternoon. The only goodlife that has hot yoga studio. - Ava
They have a student discount on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays -- 10% off. I think you need a Club Sobeys card for it. - Chris Thomson
