Hot Yoga class are usually very full. Everyday there is at least one class in the day or in the afternoon. The only goodlife that has hot yoga studio .
Now this is fit4less by goodlife. hotyoga studio is gone, but they've opened up the space for more room for the gym .
Morning HOT yoga classes have lots of room in them. Love these classes !!
Huge number of cardio machines - beats my local liberty village GoodLife!!
They don't loan towels for showers so bring your own!
Music is too loud in the spin class #FirstWorldProblems sounds like a club
Don't let your water bottle roll under the dumbbell racks, they don't vacuum back there, yuck
Why is there no paper towels in the washrooms? How do I wipe my hands?

now a crunch fitness. I like the old school vibe & iron plates here. I’ll be sad to see them go with the new ownership. 3 benches, deadlift platform, and 3 racks make this an OK gym for powerlifting - Carly Gray
Their apples are surprisingly expensive here however only Zehrs carries this one kind which is the best I've ever tasted: Lady Alice apples. Best $2 on an apple I've ever spent. - Natalie Corke
