Great rooms, modern industrial atmosphere. Location offers scenic view of old Fruit of the Loom mills and river . Head across the street for some fun shopping and more dining options than in hotel .

Love this place...very unique and chic . Rooms are great with super comfy beds . The staff are all very nice and helpful. Can't wait to come back.

Beds are amazing. Keurig in room is great. Design is swanky . Shower rocks. No microwave or fridge . Although there is a dirty community microwave on the 2nd floor if you're into syphilis.

Funky old warehouse-now-hotel, lovely river views , awkward narrow rooms, near nonexistent storage area except 3 hangers, soft plush beds, loud AC behind bed, freezing with AC on or humid with AC off

Very modern & chic . The staff was friendly . Loved the Keurig coffee machine in the rooms, free parking , lovely lobby area & clean accommodations . The view if the river was appealing as well .

Amazing outside patio to just lounge and have some food and drinks. The pool table is crooked/leans, but ok just for fun. Great decor and drinks - food is sub-par.

Nice bar downstairs. Closes at 12pm though.

It's changed designs install a lot. It went from modern contemporary to industrial look inside. They also took away the lounge . ????

Staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. If you need it they will find it or direct you to it.

Other than loud kitchen, great hotel and the risotto is a must.

Condemned building next door is scary, but hotel is beautiful, modern, and has great rooms.

Hotel is cool but they would be smart to put some lights in the rooms that actually brightening them up...and one in the shower for good measure! The whole "warehouse feel" is only fun to a degree.

The manager at the restaurant has terrible customer service skills. smile dude!

Very disappointed! The first time I came here, became my favorite hotel .... Second visit has totally changed that they rented the back patio out and the group played loud thumping music till 1am.

Avoid rm 240 unless you like tribal house music from the kitchen waking you at 0700.
