I had my wedding reception at the Crowne Plaza ... It was beautiful. The staff was great.

Nice hotel , room a little pricey but very big. Asked for a noon check out and was given a hard time. They did honor it though.

Had a business function here, stayed the night. Very nice suite, wonderful staff , and the food was excellent!

Nice place but a bit behind the times. No place to connect a mp3 player or ipod. They still have a cd player.

Staff were great, rooms were large but outdated, no refrigerators in the room, no gift shop to buy water/soda.

Pretty disappointed with the lack of customer service at this Crowne Plaza . They didn't have a dedicated Bell service; not when we checked in at 4pm, and not when we checked out at 10:30am.

Nice room, but the wifi AND the wired LAN connection in room both does not work

Not worth the price. Very disappointed, and much better places to stay locally for less money. No complaints on customer service but hotel it self is very outdated and way over rated.

Apparently, a reservation means nothing here. We reserved 3 kings and 1 double and they only had 1 king and 3 doubles. Guy at the desk couldn't explain how it happened. Will never stay again.

Sucks....room service is awful. Hospitality ....awful. Etc.
