Going through a remodel right now so maybe that will help. Scaffolding on windows, no views . Elevator is slow. Rooms are cute , midcentury modern, but what counts are the beds and they aren't great.
Ask for a room with a city view . The breakfast in the lobby each morning is quite nice! (meats, cheeses , fresh pastries , granola & yogurt , bagels with toppings...)
Sees other hotels ' freshly baked cookies and raises them lemonade — every afternoon in the lobby.
Nice Hyatt property with big rooms .
They have completed the remodel. Much better!
Check out Ella's across the street on Presidio for breakfast .
I tried to to check-in at 5am but they refuse; they don't even have an early check-in fee. The staff were rude, he even did not bother to look for my reservation . Not going to come back.
Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.
Nice cocktail bar with a good selection of beer and wine. Cocktails and happy hour is so good. If Aika is working, she’s the best tip her well. - Analise Torrez
Wonderful place to sit and have an afternoon drink. Recommend the lovely garden court. - Matthew Ng
Don't miss out on the Room service. Particularly for breakfast. Bacon is excellent, as is the salmon and egg croissant, good coffee, etc. Service is great in everything they do. - Alex
Beds are comfy, decor is tasteful, and the location is great with lots of outstanding food, drink, and shopping nearby. Still needs work, undergoing a remodel, caused some issues, but we'd try again. - Doug de Wet
Don't miss it! Excellent food, the burrata was extraordinary, and the Presidio neighborhood crowd always hangs out there. - Giannella Alvarez
