It may not be as fully featured or as chic as some other Kimpton properties, but we find it quite comfortable , the staff is friendly , and we love the location. ????
Wine happy hour from 5-6! More than decent rooms, one of the comfiest beds/pillows. Not as luxurious as some other Kimptons but great service to make up for it. Recommended!
Anyone who says this isn't on par with other Kimpton 's clearly hasn't stayed at Sir Francis Drake. This hotel is amazing, staff is friendly and the neighborhood is considerably better than Union Sq.
Beds are comfy , decor is tasteful, and the location is great with lots of outstanding food, drink, and shopping nearby. Still needs work, undergoing a remodel, caused some issues, but we'd try again.
Nice location. Very friendly staff and quiet . Gym opens at 5am :)
Rooms are good, but they don't have room service and the minibar is empty. Great location!

Fun to have a non-European tasting menu, unique, relatively affordable for a restaurant with Michelin ambitions, and most importantly delicious. - Brian Strauss
Great hotel that’s decently priced for SF. They really take care of you!! - John Kempe
Wonderful place to sit and have an afternoon drink. Recommend the lovely garden court. - Matthew Ng
Tried the Florentine Benedict, added avocado & the bitter mimosa (grapefruit instead of OJ). Both were amazing! Plethora of parking available ;) - Shaina Prasad
Vegan ramen with soy milk broth was a different take on ramen, and I actually really enjoyed it! - Sravanti Tekumalla
