It's good to know there's a hot and salad bar in addition to a sandwich , coffee , smoothie , boosters, tea , taco , burritos & bowls and juices bar . Aside from that the rest that is sold is bland.
The Co-op has dine-in! An amazing hot and cold buffet everyday for lunch and dinner . They list all ingredients and it's priced simply per pound/ounce.
Half the reason we live in the Rogue Valley! Everything is good here. Dive in and enjoy!

At 5 they put some deli items on sale. $5 reuben is well worth it.
