Everything a local third-wave coffee shop should be! Fantastic drinks (you even have a choice of beans for espresso drinks ), super friendly staff , and tons of space to chill .
Winner of the Good Food Award in 2012 for their Colombia Finca San Luis blend. Any coffee you try from here is amazing, however if you love mochas , their mocha is probably the best in the valley.
We’re from San Diego and have driven through Ashland quite a few times. This is my favorite coffee shop . We’ve been all around SF, Portland, Seattle and this one makes me the happiest.
Really nice coffee shop ! Their coffee slushees are interesting and have a nice coffee flavor (not overly sweet). Bags of coffee are all high quality. Large shop to work in as well .
Winner of the Good Food Award in 2012. Any coffee you try from Noble Coffee is amazing, however if you love mochas , their mocha is probably the best in the valley.
Just about anything you get here is perfect! They have highly qualified & trained baristas. They're meticulous! I am an Americano fan, so try that & their Cold-Brew is awesome for a hot day!
Single origin coffees roasted in house. Very well done. Don’t sleep on this spot.
Want a different flavor than what is 'on press' today? Try a "siphon ." Not only is it fun to watch, but you can have the beans if your choice, freshly ground. And, honestly, it makes a fabulously cup.
Oregon is the new Tuscany , and Noble is a terrific artisan coffee roastery.
Tasty lattes and chais . Knowledgeable staff . Super chill .
On a road-trip make a pit stop in Ashland to enjoy amazing coffee and croissant here.
I need to remember to buy a growler of cold brew next time I drive through Ashland.
I've been living off your coffee recently with cashew nut butter over at NW Raw! It's addictive and oh so delicious!
the most amazing staff AND in house roasted coffee , my ONLY choice for coffee in ashland, simply the best

The coffee is great, just had their summer ice tea and that's quite good as well ????
Ask the baristas here any coffee question and settle in for a geeky, roasted-bean-flavored convo. Just look at all that sparkling machinery!!
$5 for a chemex or siphon-brew is somewhat overpriced but their beans are great!
Order a soy mocha . It's perfection in a coffee cup.
#coffee so good the wife, the #coffeeconnoisseur, had a second cup! #vegasFoodie #frugalfoodie #travelingyogis #gratitude
Sweet little pot of Chemex brewed Mexican beans.
New to me, off the main drag , best coffee in town .
Order a cap! They don't ask you what size because there should only be one size. Don't add any flavor or sugar. Just sip it slowly with a glass of water to reset your buds and you're there :)
the coffee is amazing here!! ????
Chemex iced brew. Thank you, very much.
Get a mocha and croissant , heated of course, and sit outside in the morning sun. Then walk along the tracks and take pictures of the trains .

Ask for heavy cream with your single origin or cold brew . Note that some coffees take cream better than others.
A coffee shop is a coffee shop where there's no difference from Starbucks to Pete's Café etc. The problem is $$$$ are expensive . Making coffee from ???? is no different. In the 1890 brew your own yum

Everything is incredible but I have a special place in my heart for the cappuccinos and the Sumatra single origin for pour over they get in the fall and spring. Their latte art is so lovely :) - Laurie Luther
