"Roughing it" never felt so good! Wi-fi is free and unlimited, the deck offers a clear glimpse of a watering hole that attracts many wild animals, and rooms are furnished simply, but comfortably.
Helicopter tour in the dry season let's you see a lot of wildlife . Dozens of giraffes, zebras and hippos and hundreds of elephants as well .

Facilities and location are great, restaurant staff really suck the fun out of it, they are extraordinarily slow and seemingly confused all the time, BYOB if you can, drinks are over priced.

Beautiful historic hotel, this is probably the best place to stay when in the area. Lovely atmosphere and great food at the Livingston Room. Too bad the staff is unfriendly and not helpful. - ブルーノ
Great location and only walking distance from Victoria Falls. You can actually see the mist of the falls from the hotel. The breakfast is good with a variety of options. Nice veranda, great sunshine - Danish Rahman

Everything is good here. Although I have been here in March, hight water, It was fantastic. Even soaking in water was fun for me. There is a bunge jumping point on the border bridge next to the falls. - Atena J
