Lovely grounds & thatched building. Couldn't sleep & looked outside - there's a Hippo on my terrace !! Amazing!!
Great location and only walking distance from Victoria Falls. You can actually see the mist of the falls from the hotel . The breakfast is good with a variety of options. Nice veranda , great sunshine
Rooms 1-24 have views over the lawn and its baboons. The Palm Restaurant has open air tables from which you can see the 'smoke' over the falls.
Have a chat with Lucky the barman - good source of local history and knowledge

Beautiful historic hotel, this is probably the best place to stay when in the area. Lovely atmosphere and great food at the Livingston Room. Too bad the staff is unfriendly and not helpful. - ブルーノ

Nice staff, friendly. Good food- from light meals to buffet of crocodile and wild hog, etc. Rooms are spacious- and clean- although It the rooms could take a refreshment. Close by town/ craft village - Charlotte De Blauwe

Everything is good here. Although I have been here in March, hight water, It was fantastic. Even soaking in water was fun for me. There is a bunge jumping point on the border bridge next to the falls. - Atena J
