Unfriendly receptionist and security. Especially to Vietnamese customers. They told us that the bar upstair is only for foreigners without proper attitude.. We felt like there was no respect at all..

If you want to meet people and go party, go to the new Hanoi Backpackers' Hostel. Same, same, but better.
