Can't get over the "cozy " factor of this really clean hotel . Does have a certain charm to it. Be aware that you have to give up a (professional) working desk, HDTV, and possibly a private bathroom .

Great location downtown, but noisy on the weekend nights. The rooms are clean , comfortable and on the smaller side.

I've stayed here 4 times over the past year & each time my room has been better than the last. I think it's the luck of the draw. This time I have a desk, a closet and a reading chair. It's like home!

The location is great (in the middle of everything and quite near Union Square), but the room was really too small and we had only one Queensize-bed for two persons. Vallet service works very well .
