Very content with my stay. Room was clean , spacious , and very comfortable . Front desk answered all my questions (I had lots!) re: transportation & site-seeing. Delicious complimentary breakfast !

Ask the front desk for a map of the bus routes. You can get a 3-day pass for $20 and ride on the bus , train or cable cars all you want.

Yummy, fresh cookies served for free at the lobby every 3pm! So far, service id great with everyone helpful, friendly and attentive :)

first thoughts - small, old, shady, - after leaving - great service, free parking !, convenient to everything cool. Sacrifice cool factor and save money on parking , valet etc.

Street parking is $1/hour 9-6 and $2.25/hr around the corner. It beats paying for valet here.

Request a late check out. Eat at least once at Tommy's Joynt up Van Ness. A suite will accommodate two couples comfortably.

Small Rooms but nice! They have fresh baked cookies everyday!

Staff is incredibly helpful! Don't be afraid to ask for blankets etc

Ask for room #64! It is the best room in the building and it is huge!

Don't go to breakfast close to ten because most of the food will be gone.

Ask for an electric heater if your room is cold.
