The restaurant here is really solid. My burger was perfectly rare though crumbling. However my meal came with both cole slaw and fries . Plus it was pretty cheap overall.
Lovely hotel with big rooms . Walking distance to restaurants both ways. You need to ask for water though - they do not offer bottled water in your rooms unless you ask for them. Ask for shower gel too
We asked for a pool access room. We have sliding doors right out to the pool! Enjoyed a lovely evening and did not have to slip through the halls wet. Convenient location!
Getting to your room is a bit of a maze, especially if it’s not close to the elevator .
Interesting layout, the walk to abs from the elevator can be a bit long. But considering how close it is to the busy road , I didn’t hear any road traffic at all!
If you can help it, the Sheraton next door is a better value - cheaper, friendlier, and easier to navigate from room to elevator
Comfy beds . If your radio doesn't work ask for free wifi so you can listen to music in your phone.
Talk to Junius or Gurpreet at the front desk and tell them Sam sent you. Make sure to ask about the karaoke .
Rooms are pretty dated - definitely way over-priced
Service has much improved. We like the proximity to campus and T&C and the nicely appointed rooms.
I love this place. The staff is awesome
The hallways are a modern day MC Escher; but once you arrive... It's worth the trip.
In-room technology was disappointing for a Silicon Valley hotel . It wasn't worse than any other hotel in other locations, but it also wasn't better which was disappointing. Also - the wifi was SLOW.
Have cash on you if you want to tip this hard working valet dudes. No ATM in the hotel . C'mon man.
The egg turkey cheddar avocado wrap for breakfast is a winner.
Huge room!!
High-end hotel with great service. Just 5 min away from the CalTrain, University ave, etc.
I would be ballistic if I real work to do. Yea, that just happened.
Calling it "High Speed Internet Access" is a bit of a stretch.
Skip the gym . Go running down university ave to the Stanford campus.
Try the breakfast quesadillas for a change
Bottled water in your room at $5 a pop. Ouch
Expensive room , expensive restaurant and they charge extra for fairly slow wifi . For my money, The Sheraton next door is better quality and value.
Dont turn up at midnight trying to check in with a posse of 15. Clearly not tooled up for the job ...
WiFi is expensive and VERY slow.
Not a bad hotel .
Expensive rooms , wifi is terrible

Friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, top floor rooms share a large balcony . Don’t forget to try the restaurant downstairs—Nobu—for a surprisingly delightful brunch or dinner. - Tanner Christensen
Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Love the patio area and free valet parking - Darina Hul
Great Vegetarian menu, even with a couple yummy vegan options! Be sure to get the guacamole. - Alex Weed
