Nice spot to relax and play. But the black sand is very hot! Everyone in flip flops was running to get in the water because it seriously burns! Check out the seals and sea lions lounging on the rocks!

Andrew Sandler

Wonderful camping site with nice amenities and wonderful hiking trails - both forest and beach .

Aleksandra Amaral

Come in the early am for low tide and not so many people are out. With low tide you can see all the cool stuff like bat stars, urchins , and Sun stars!

Island Bruin

Excellent short path to see seals . No fee for day use. Heard this on the trail - “what do they use to fix the cracks in the rocks”? “Sealant”

Milli Parkus

Fedora El Morro

There are public restrooms in case you need a quick place to go. This is a really nice paved walk with benches and information boards; I like walking and jogging along here in the mornings. - Jennie Lillard
