The renovation makes this stop worthwhile with a new Steak 'n Shake . It isn't quite "worth the wait" but it is your only option.

The new plaza has a Steak & Shake which is only open till 10 pm and a Starbucks which is 24 hours

Hands down the worst Chicken Parm I have ever eaten. Get the pizza @ Sbarro 's and then have an emergency stop for some Green Apple Splatters.
The food at the Steak n Shake is good, but it took 24 minutes to get a burger and it cost $8.00.
Clean and efficient.

Great Rest stop, nicely redone and close to Reading Exit GREAT hotels for a quick stop over. Snow Emergency rates 12/16/20 & 12/17/20 Hampton Inn & Courtyard Just off Rt 30/Greenfield Road exit. - Cindy F
