Make a rsvp to get a seat! We were so lucky to walk in. Food was fabulous. Still dreaming about the creole mussels , fennel salad , and fish pie . Get dessert too!
Fantastic food, friendly staff , extremely fam friendly with highchairs and colouring available. No kids' menu, but very adaptable and helpful. Good option for kids in town who aren't big fish eaters!
Had the haddock chowder . Was really tasty. Portions were huge! Waitress was the best thing, gave us takeaway cups of wine for journey to Tankerton Arms. Super chatty and friendly . Highly recommend.
Popped in for an early dinner based off a friend's recommendation, so glad we did! Food was delicious and staff were so lovely. Definitely recommend the kale and goats cheese gnocchi !
Celeriac&sweet potato gratin starter is rich and delicious. Smoked/seared salmon also a winner. Lovely atmosphere, relaxed dining. Think starters better than mains but still very tasty.
Lovely restaurant for brunch (starts at 10am). Eggs Royal were very tasty - the Samphire Smoked Salmon was excellent - as was the French Toast . Definitely worth a visit!
Stopped in for lunch , nice enough little restaurant and very helpful on gluten free options . Portion sizes were pretty tight for the price tag (£11-12) but good food nonetheless.
Fantastic little restaurant that serves great food from breakfast through to dinner . Good service too! 3 course dinner with wine is around £60pp & worth every penny!
If you're ordering the mussels , be aware that a large portion is probably enough for two people!
The home-made pickles were tasty, also recommend the mussels . Really nice atmosphere
The food is fantastic and a great atmosphere. The only minor disappointment was the wine didn't reach the same standards as the food.
Fish pie and hake dish was fab. Not keen on the pork belly though and the burrata was sadly not at all creamy.
Courgette fritters with Romesco sauce are superb
The home made smoked salmon or pastrami are well worth a try - they're home-made, after all!
This place is pretty special. Take your time and enjoy the food - probably the best meal you'll have in Whitstable.
Simply delicious British cooking. Excellent, fresh local produce , beautifully cooked.
a sort of cafe-restaurant cross-over. Great for brunch .
Brunch here is awesome
Great food, great drink, great service, highly recommended.
The lamb is stunning
Veal . Sea weed. Rabbit . Cockles .
Lovely local restaurant , perfect for some lunch on a Saturday.
Great cooked breakfast ...
Don't go in here if you just fancy a drink, the staff become rude!!!
Bloody mary oysters were delicious! Also the pudding menu is super good. Don't forget... its cash only and BYOB, I would recommend heading to 'the Offy' on the high st before. - Daisy Janes
Beautiful fish and a lovely menu. Book in advance so you won’t be disappointed. - Patrick James Stephens
Brilliant sea food restaurant. Everything is fresh and the lobster was delicious. You need to download the “Whitstable Oyster Company” app to order your food and drinks - Ric Santeugini
Lovely warm afternoon, beers on the beach and then fish and chips sat on the beach. Dog friendly too which was why we went there in the first place. - Keith Pearce
The best fish and chips in the UK, and right next to it, a fantastic little sweet shop. Lovely! - Frank Durrell
