Nice staff , new equipment, plenty of room. I personally like zumba but watch out for the antsy rude "ballers" and the weight hogs in the weight room

New cafe open. Nutrition Solutions is delish! The people there are so informative, nice and they provide amazing service.

Great atmosphere! Friendly staff ! Extremely clean ! They make it easy to stay fit!

Monday's at 7 involve an over-crowded parking lot and music that intrudes into every nook of the gym (some sort of body pump). Awful.

Body Combat classes are FUN! Instructors are fantastic!

BE CAREFUL IN THE CINEMA ROOM!!! Saw someone bust their head open while trying to step down between machines.

Theatre aerobics! Movie theatre , awesome movie precor machine. Great workout!

Love action movies in cardio theater !

Outdoor lap swim is total heaven!
