Some of these tips must have been left before renovations. Plenty of hot water & great lobby with bar and nooks for sitting with laptops.

As mentioned by another traveler, I concur that the wifi is very spotty and inconsistent.
Typical Courtyard ...nice accommodations, new style lobby but TERRIBLE wifi . Here for business, hard to work away from the seminar on this spotty , at best, Internet.
Renovations completed recently make this a top notch place to stay in Ann Arbor.
I can get a better wifi signal from a toaster.
