Location excellent, Staff friendly .Breakfast nice. Rooms clean , excellent AC during the heat wave. Just limited parking slots. Pre-book if need. Free public transportation voucher given free!

Nice classic hotel with large rooms relatively toward europe standard.. friendly staff clean rooms .. the only thing you need to check twin bed availability

Good service practical location nice and cleaned rooms i would recommend it just take it without BF bcz the BF is average and Starbucks just behind you having the yummiest bulgecian waffles ????

The breakfast is CHF36, but the boulangerie across the square at the back will serve you coffee and a delicious almond croissant for CHF6!

The hitel is located meters from the lake ..rooms are ok but AC us not cooling enough...Breakfast is less than average...does not worth to add it to your reservation .

Dont try the Charlotte bistrot on the bak sqaure. Expensive and not up to the price tag. But then just my first day in Geneva and dont know much
