Manager on knew the ketchup was out and didn't refill or offer us ketchup up with our meals. No napkins!!

Ketchup machine is still broken, need those little packets.
Service definitely needs an upgrade. Sandwich was premade and heated in microwave oven, fries were stale and hamburgers were Luke-warm at best.
If your stopping keep going.... You receive your destination before you get your food here. Worker had poor customer service!!
The kid area is so nasty. Sticky floor. Dirty equipment. Gross.....
