If you need any special requirements that not related to the hotel , ask George from luggage desk (he works from 8 pm till 8 am), and he will advice you what is better and what is cheaper in Beijing.

Perfect location if you need to take Airport Express in early morning. Reasonable price but you pay what you get.

The hotel is rundown and the service staff at the front entrance is not very healthy and not sure with Accor member benefits.As a platinum member i have to ask for upgrade, lounge access etc????????

The hotel front desk was very rode. He wore glass and looks skinny. He understand english but do not expect his service mind.

Do not exchange money in the hotel because they are cheaters. They give some fake money and then they do not accept.
