Had some excellent food at Mapacho! I ordered one of the chef 's specials (beef tenderloin with mustard sauce ) and loved it. Great service and chill atmosphere.

This place is absolutely a must in Aguas Calientes. I had the alpaca skewers and my husband had the stuffed chicken . The best meal we had in the entire country ! Plus the service impeccable!

We had this chocolate mousse as well , which was amazing. My husband loved the craft beers ! Also our server Alfredo is a fun, enthusiastic and passionate guy! Made all the difference!

Quinoa risotto is DELICIOUS. Ceviche is a must. Chocolate mouse with salt from Maras. Local beer ! Everything was delicious! Yesenia was our server. Attentive staff .

Alpaca tenderloin was very good - but a tip is - 1) be careful which “mapacho craft” beer you go into - the competition next door seems to have the same name - and 2)ask for a riverside table! Cheers!

Had the cuy and aji de pollo . Both were amazing (especially the cuy)! Pisco sour and in house brewed craft beer were great too. Also our server was awesome!

I very rarely dislike a place, but this is just an average touristic restaurant with loud music . The only good thing are the nice beers they offer and the river view .
