On a sunny day there are plenty of outdoor tables . Food is the usual National Trust affair. Cream tea is my go-to choice.
Get there early at weekends if you want a table. Reasonable food at good prices. Kids dishes are good value .
Now called The Conservatory Café.
Not a great selection of sandwiches on a sunny summer afternoon and drinks in cooler weren’t cold.
Everything.
