DIGICEL IS A RIP OFF!! I PRE-PAID FOR MONTHLY PLAN A DAY BEFORE MY BROTHER'S 28/DAY PLAN WAS TO END, AND DIGICEL TOOK MY MONEY, BUT NEVER GAVE MY BROTHER THE PLAN I PAID FOR!!! DIGICEL IS A RIP OFF!!!

If you plan on paying your bill, top up or purchase a sim card quickly don't come here. The building is pretty but they are sloooooow.

Head office ? Really. Then why is your customer service so slow? 2+ hours waiting to get mifi wifi & a cell phone! Slow & inefficient sales reps. How is that good for business??? Phone support is bad.

The customer service in the phone retail section is ugh. But the food court is great. However they don't allow you to park in the parking lot if your going to the food court only ????

On a busy day just use the stairs !
