We loved staying at this hotel ! In front of it there is a bus stop from where buses will take you to Las Americas or even Teide. The bus to Teide leaves once a day at 9.01. Bono card saves your money

Wi-fi is free! Just ask for a password at reception. Only for customers :) works at reception, pool area and in some rooms! Rather fast!

Breakfast is huge and diverse. Big pool and pretty easy to get a sun lounger . Bedroom was comfortable and cool.

When taking a taxi to Las Americas or back to the hotel ask the driver to go via city and not the highway. 30-40% cheaper ;)

Plates, cups and other dishes dirty too much. Seems like they are never wash it well . :(( please everybody from here do anything.

Don't count on the minibar service of your 4 stars room. (Even after 3 times asking at the reception)

Nice rooms, Free wifi for guests breakfast is ok, but Dinner buffet is awful!!!!!

Staying at the H10, nightshift staff wasn't able to find a bottle opener in the all hotel , as bars were closed! Can this be considered a 4 stars service??

No chance of using the hotel wi-fi if you're not a guest. Not even if you intend on paying for it. Hotel staff not very friendly either.

Habitaciones amplias, ofrece todos los servicios a un precio asequible (spa , piscinas , varios restaurantes , discoteca ). El bufet de desayunos muy completo y de calidad.

El hotel es espectacular y el personal de servicio súper amable, en especial Maribel de La Tosca. Fundamental ser privilege, la sala con bebida y las zonas especiales son lo más. Wifi y gym gratis.

Optimo hotel , com um excelente pequeno almoço , muito variado. Não experimentei as outras referições. Na piscina , muito agradável, a água tem uma temperatura excelente. Praia mais perto - La Enramada.

Excelente hotel , instalaciones increíbles , servicio de calidad ofrecido por un gran equipo de profesionales. Lugar ideal para vivir grandes experiencias. Totalmente recomendable.

Con el todo incluido tienen acceso a la piscina climatizada y jaccuzi, la comida excelente y la atención al público un 10, recomiendo 100% pero eso sí, con el T.I. xq sino desconsuela

El Hotel tiene unos jardines preciosos y unas piscinas espectaculares. Me encanto la cascada .
