It’s now Quba Palace .. It used to be Rixos up to April 2018 .. Great Resort ..(Gym ,bowling ,shooting,Spa,Picnics) Friendly staff in general but RUDE receptionists !! Go for the cottage “new experience”

Every thing here is great, except that they don’t offer you iron! But they have their own laundry service . This resort takes you to another world. Strongly recommended!

Nice facility, staff are very eager to show genuine Azeri hospitality and make your stay special. Will visit again!

Quite hotel with nice views and green spacious land, great for couples and families who would like to stay in a villa with lots of activities and facilities.

I love the villas they have great views , the facilities are amazing as they include telefreak shuttle to take you to the restaurant and so much more

Nature is amazing, hotel building is beautiful. But villas has a problems with hot water, Tv , temperature control system etc. Staff is not educated ((((

Honestly the best thing about the place is the lake side villas , everything else was a disappointment.Poor facility maintenance, even poorer response from staff and reception desk. also food was bland

Worst Service Ever! “Unhelpful” and rude staff ! The food is below the average. Although the place the view and the weather are amazing.

المنتجع جميل ومتكامل .. أنصح بالسكن في الأكواخ على البحيرة على الرغم من مشاكل التكييف والأسرة .. لكنها تجربة أفضل من السكن في الفندق .. طاقم الخدمة على الأغلب لطيف جداً .. ماعدا موظفين الإستقبال !!

المكان راقي جدا ومن افضل الفنادق في قوبا انصح بالسكن فيه ومن لم يرغب بالسكن ان ياتي ويجلس فيه يوم كامل يتغدا او يتعشا المكان فيه مطاعم وفيه مسابح والعاب اطفال ونشاطات كثير وفيه تلفريك

Рас-ие, здание, комнаты итд не плохие. Работники-так себе....особенно девушка на ресепшене, которая была на службе сегодня-11/02/2017. Ресторан ниже плинтуса. Каток прямо у входа, не почистили даже.

Роскошный отель , немного хромает обслуживание.

До 5 звёзд не дотягивает. Может в сезон ещё это как то не заметно, но в межсезонье все недочеты лезут в глаза.

Дорогие товарищи, кто хочет посетить этот так называемый "5 звездный" отель . Не стоит он этих звезд. Сервис "0", обслуживание "0", о номерах я промолчу, хотя нет. В номерах отсутствует горячая вода .
