Ham & cheese croissant pretty good. Not big but ham & cheese good quality. Havarti has more character than usual cheese in ham & cheese croissants . It was quite flaky even though it was on clearance.
Kanel Snegl was very good. It was a bit like a cinnamon bun , but in pastry form, with both custard & chocolate . It was very light & flaky. The chocolate was not very sweet.
They have 50% off pastries before closing (not on cookies or cakes though); Aeblestang (Apple Stick) was a traditional Danish pastry braid with apples , cinnamon and almond paste. It was good.
Spandaur Apple was great - very light & flaky. The almond taste was strong & the apple subtler. It was on the sweet side.
They label all their bakes not just with their names but with descriptions, so you know what's inside
Had some of the small cookies . They had a rich butter taste & were good.
