Huge rooms, very clean and polite staff . Great compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Pensacola.
We had wonderful service everyday we was here. The check in ladies was all very kind. The only problem we had was with one of the ladies at breakfast !!! Other than that highly recommend this hotel !!

Service is terrible. We've been here for almost 2 days and our room hasn't been cleaned yet. The pool was filthy as well .
