The best breakfast in town . The lunches are pretty great, too. There is a large menu with many choices.
Best breakfast in Boothbay! Benedicts are great, as are Eggs in a Pocket and Cinnamon Pecan French Toast !
Food is great (lobster blt or crab grilled cheese ) with a great harbor view . Try Fred's Famous bloody Mary .
Sit on the deck with one of Fred's most excellent bloodies and a fish burrito or the French toast !
Food was fair , prices were fair . If you want a reasonably priced breakfast with reasonably good food, go here. This is not five star food. Average omlets , etc, but at prices that are affordable .
The best place for Breakfast , Lunc and of course bloody marys !

Beautifully cultivated and designed gardens. Worth multiple trips. The cafe has very good quality, all natural, locally sourced food (and it is delicious). Many of the greens are grown on site. - Emily R
