I hope that the old madame will change her attitude. Goodness i know that Rumanian people are kind and nice people because i Have some Rumanian friends. Should to Take this advice to improve service

The second time gave us the sevice a old woman around 40-50 yeard old with Red curly short hairstyle that cried to my wife in front of our baby because my wife was speaking in English....

I was twice because it’s close to arrivals gates. The first time was perfect a young lady with long hair attendad us with an hospitality service . But the second time it was the worst experience

She cried “no English” only Rumanian and she didn’t want that we paid her with credit card.We are spanish and really we only speak English and Spanish languague,sorry old woman you must to be openmind
