Nice views of Princes Street from street facing rooms. (Also, nice guy on staff got us into an upgraded room with a view and balcony after we called down because of water issues in our bathroom .)

The great view and friendly , professional staff are the only redeeming features. Everything else is blech.

Ask for a window seat at breakfast if there's only two of you, lovely views of Princes Street and the castle .

Love the brasserie restaurant . Food great and lovely views .

Take time to visit the dining room for their afternoon tea . It's a good value and very enjoyable.

Ask for the upgrade! Or No free internet and your view is the AC of the neighbours...

Location is spot on. Walls are thin..rooms are tiny or a wee tinsie...staff is friendly though!

Avoid the rooms at the back of the hotel , unless you want to watch and listen to the air conditioning fans on the roof outside all night.

Expect such a brilliant view !

It's 10:10 and the staff have used the fire alarm three times to make sure everybody is awake and will vacate by 11:00. I've never come across such a blatant (and illegal) nonsense! It's Wednesday!
