Nice continental breakfasts . Very comfortable beds . Room was small, but sufficient. Only a 15-20 minute wall from Emirates; great for events & gigs!
I love this B&B. good value for money and good location. Most stuff you find nearby is either more expensive or lower quality.
Its not too bad for a very budget hotel but I wouldn't pay full price of £100 a night. I do agree ear plugs are needed if anyone is up to any funny business!

Decent enough coffee and a very nice light place to sit, with wall to wall windows. Nowhere else near for a morning coffee .
If you are staying over, take some ear plugs and lots of patience.
They have improved the breakfast significantly. Eggs were particularly nice. Very friendly helpful staff, especially Joyce! - Elizabeth R
