I tried ShabuShabu and sea food here and they are absolutely amazing. Steamed with the Onsen vapor, they certainly have this unique taste that makes the foods tasty.
Highly overrated restaurant . Long wait , expensive , food is so so. I ordered one of the Seafood baskets . There is no wow factor. I don't know what all the hype about this place.

地獄 蒸し体験ができます。平日でも1時間待ち になるので、先に名前 を書いておき、温泉 か地獄 めぐりにでも行きましょう。具材はその場で購入したり持ち込んだりできます。
休日昼間は蒸し釜が60分待ち とかになるので、時間をずらすなり、順番待ち リストに名前 を載せて食材を買いに行くなり、することがお勧めかも 。
蒸し場には、98℃の蒸気がもくもくと立ち込めている。火傷必至のため、蒸す際は手袋を着用する。蒸された食べ物は温泉 の成分（塩化物泉）によって、塩味がついた味わいになる。
