If you need to study at night with a computer,go to the second floor after 9 p.m, it's more quiet than the first one. It's also good having starbucks nearby to get snacks and coffee for late study.
The first, second and third floor have been renovated. Looks nice, but if your looking for a really quiet place to study basement all the way to the back is the best spot to go.
Avoid the front of the library because series there are these guys who like to preach all kids of different beliefs and it can get pretty unholy of there are two that have disagreements!
Hard to find a table or a desk near an outlet. Computer dies fast when it isn't plugged in all day
If you donate antique weapons, make sure they're demilitarized. Nobody wants explosives in Special Collections, as they can reduce the lifespan of fragile things such as incunabula and archivists.
The sixth floor is not limited "super quiet studying", it seconds as the best place to take a nap. Thank me later :)
The second floor is entirely renovated with 100s of computers and tons of study tables and couches . Better than the first floor.
The second floor used to be cool, and now they remodeled it. I'm sure it looks good in brochures and on tours for prospective students- but it's function is honestly a joke. They need more tables.
Get your study on in Club LIB after hours! The USF Tampa Library is open 24 hours Monday through Thursday for students.
The 5th floor was renovated and it looks awesome!
TURN IT DOWN! ( the A.C). Its Waaaayy to cold in here.. And yeah, Bring a Blanket, not a hoodie . Simply not enough. Otherwise, love their 24 hours .
Forgot a pencil? Hit up the vending machine by the entrance on the first floor. It dispenses school supplies!
Nice library with lots of places to stop and study.
Having computer trouble? Visit the USF Computer Service Center on the sixth floor for assistance. Read more
I you want to talk in the library , do it on the 1st floor. Do not take your baby mama drama phone calls on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th floor. It's finals week give me a fucking break!
Great place to study in Tampa. Great college atmosphere.
Get here early and get a study room because its hard to find a quiet place to talk!
5th floor peace place to study!!!
Bring earplugs because even though the 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 floors and the basement are quiet areas there are rude students who continue to answer their cell phones and talk on the quiet floors, which ma
Love the new 2nd Floor! Also 4th floor is quiet to study, but Really Cold!!
Thirsty? Fill your water bottle with filtered water at the hydration station on the first floor of the Library !
Don't forget to bring a hoodie . It feels like an igloo inside!!!
The second floor was recently renovated and looks very nice.
Spent so much time in this place. They need more alumni space though. :)
Perfect way to piss the janitor off is going inside the bathroom when theres a wet floor sign up next to it..
4th Floor is the best quiet spot , bring a hoodie !
The IT people are miracle workers. Fast & smart & polite. Young people with great futures.
All 5 floors are now open after midnight during 24 hour nights. Enjoy not being cramped with everyone on the 1st floor anymore.
I love the library . It is awesome. Go here.
I would just avoid the first floor all together if you're interested in actual studying. Find your nook in the upper levels and feel free to tell cell phone users and other inconsiderate ppl to STFU.
If you want someplace really quiet , the very back of the basement is a good study spot !
It is always freezing. Dress warm.
The basement is always dead silent and your phone won't work down there if you really want to study. It's freezing though so bring a hoodie !
Never come here without headphones or earplugs, it's usually the best place for people with 0 interest in studying to scream about their recent hook ups.
Checking in while studying? You're pretty social-savvy. Check in to USF Ad Club, Mondays @6p in CIS 1046, + find out to turn that savvy into a career. Read more
Level 3 has excellent quiet areas for private study and a fantastic selection of Religious Studies materials available.
Use your daily allowance of prints
The 5th Floor is perfect for studying, not too cold, not too warm
You never win on the 2nd floor.. 5th floor cubicals: discover test banks
Around 12pm computers are always filled so try and come a little early
2nd floor is the best place to study. Not cold and always quiet . 5th floor is really stuffy.
There is no such thing as a 'quick print ' here. Better to use the print lab on the 4th floor of Cooper.
Spent many days and night here studying anatomy
Good quiet atmosphere !
Great place to study!
Got to the 5th floor and look out the south windows and find Busch Gardens roller coasters !
The Trevi Fountain even thinks there are too many people trying to sell crap outside of this building

Women's bathroom on first floor was one of the dirtiest I've ever been in...
